Please test and external monitor to confirm if it's an LCD or video card problem. If you get video on the external screen, try running an ePSA diagnostic to check for hardware errors.

Are you able to connect the laptop to a TV so you can try to run the ePSA diagnostics?
If you were able to connect to an external monitor and didn't get any video, it indicates the problem is related to the video card. Try re-seating the card and if issue persists, I recommend you get in touch with Technical Support in your region for further assistance.
