Can a customer purchase a special warranty in case his/her AIO desktop screen will crack in the future, please?
Not a special one that I know of, but your customer should definitely contact support to check with them directly. You know they can be reached on twitter at @DellCares on FB on the dell pages under the support tabs, the website and through calling the direct SOS number - 1-800-433-9014
They'll just need the service tag number from their system. :)
