Domain change of the computer

Hi all, 

We are migrating our computers and users to a new domain. We are using quest tool to do this. 
But, we are having some issues with the Dell Wyse vWorkspace windows connector. 

The pre installed credentials and configuration seems NOT to be picked up after a domain change of the computer.

The Farm level settings are still available on registry and appropriate permissions are available.

How does the application behave when a computer is migrated from one forest to another ? What remediation steps are needed to make the same configuration work ? Is it scripted/scriptable ?
