How do I close my Forum account?

* Notify us via Direct Message or start a new Post on the New to Dell Community board that you want us to close your Forum account
* Notify us if you want all of your existing Post and Replies moved into a hidden board. This is not a requirement. Once the Forum account is closed, the author of those Post and Replies will change to Anonymous
* Once the Forum account is closed, it cannot be re-opened. If you wanted to return to the Forum, you will have to create a new account

How do I close my Dell purchasing account?

* Log into your Dell purchasing account
* Click your account name on upper right
* Click My Account
* Click Account Settings
* Click Profile Settings
* Click Deactivate Account
