Projector DLP 1410X, no technical support
Hi ,
I am trying to contact DELL technical support 18004252067 for repair of DLP 1410X projector. But no response? They are unaware how to repair your own company product. Kindly provide me details of a technician for this defective product namely where this projector gets overheated and shuts down abruptly.

You're asking about repairing a device that dates from 2011 -- it is long end of life. Even if the repair parts are available, Dell won't have them -- and repairing something this old makes little sense. It's time to replace rather than repair the device.
