R430 PXE boot over IPV6

I have an R430 that we are trying to reload using our kickstart process that works great with our R440 systems.

When we try to PXE boot using the built in Broadcom Ethernet ports using IPv6, the system gets an address but seems to be ignoring the network RA that provides the router. We use DHCPV6 and not SLAAC.

The system is updated to the latest bios and firmware so is this a known bug with the R430 series or has anyone else encountered this issue before?
