How to pass feedback and suggestions to Dell?

How can we pass product or other feedback and suggestions to Dell?

I bought a Studio XPS in February, and I did receive an e-mail from dell requesting feedback on the product. Unfortunately the link did not work, and it was a "no reply" e-mail. I have searched around the Dell support pages and cant see anyway to give feedback other than specific order-related issues.

I would like to give some customer feedbnack on the technical support sites also.

Is there somewhere in these forums that Dell monitor foir such feedback?

Few ways to do it.

- If you want to post a review of your Studio XPS, you can do it on the product page - look next to the star ratings for "sign in to post a review".

- On most of the Dell support web pages, there's a link at the bottom for feedback about the particular page (it's small, but not too hard to find - it has an rotating +/- next to it).

- Or, if you have specific ideas for improvement,  check out Dell's Ideastorm.

Obviously no guarantees you'll get any personal acknowledgement for any of these, but you can get in your 2c worth.
