S3423DWC - high-pitched noise problem

I have S3423DWC for almost a year now and one day it just started to make weird noises - only when audio is streamed from PC or laptop. Changed cables, computers, unplugged different cables I have - nothing seems to work, only turning my sound off at monitor at all. Does Dell support have any solution or I should just refund it for now? Because in all other problems no solution was given...
