U2723QE, only one DP working?

I have  a U2723Qe, an HP Elitedesk PC with a Radeon R7 430 graphics card with 2 DP out, and a Dell Inspiron 3020 Desktop with a NVIDIA® GeForce RTX 3060.

Only one displayport seems to be working.

The HDMI works, one DP works, but when I change the cable to the other DP it does not work.

I cannot set up the 2 PC view, as the monitor does not see the second PC.

Either PC can work on the one DP.

I have run the diagnostics as the documentation says.

As I only received the monitor yesterday, I am wondering if I am doing something wrong or do I need to return it?

Thank you

While you can connect your monitors to HDMI, USB-C, and DisplayPort-in, you can not use both of DisplayPort as one of them is DisplayPort-out.  Below is partial ports view and description for your monitor.

@Chino de Oro  Thank you, I had assumed it was bi-directional when it said it was out.

Monitors with both DisplayPort In and Out ports are designed for DisplayPort Multi-Stream Transport.  It allows you to daisy chaining multiple monitors when connecting to a supported graphics card.
