RS232/RS485 Port Connector of Dell Edge Gateway 3001

I am not getting what kind of connector is used to connect RS485 3 wires to the 10 pins male portS of RS232/ RS485  of Dell Edge Gateway 3001. I am not getting any details in Dell User Manual regarding this. Somewhere on the Dell website it has given a link to a Chinese make connector which is not giving any details, Please help me find a connector online in India.
