How to participate: Each reply you come across on a post that is helpful and a step towards the solution can should be marked "Good Troubleshooting". For the contest run time, the point modifier values are as follows:

Superuser that applies the "Good Troubleshooting" label on a reply = receives 10 points

Non-superuser "Good Troubleshooting" label on a reply = receives 7 points

The Superuser that marks the most accurate replies with the Good Troubleshooting label will be deemed the winner. 

All winners will be contacted on the Community directly by the Dell Community moderation team.
