If you're encountering the issue where the Dell Peripheral Manager is not detecting any devices, even after ensuring drivers are updated and the firmware is current, you might consider the following steps to troubleshoot the problem:

  1. Restart the Computer: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues. Restart your computer and check if the Dell Peripheral Manager can detect the devices afterward.

  2. Try Different USB Ports: Plug the dongle into different USB ports on your computer. Sometimes, USB ports can be faulty or incompatible, causing devices not to be recognized.

  3. Check Device Manager: Open Device Manager on your Windows 10 Enterprise system and see if the keyboard and mouse are recognized under the list of devices. Look for any exclamation marks or warning symbols next to the devices, which might indicate driver issues.
