Dell pay card sent to Comenity Bank
I have an issue where my account was transferred to Comenity and when I ask for my account number they refer me to my statement but the only account number on my statement is not valid. How do I resolve this issue? I’ve been dealing with this for months now, also the amount they have is more than I owe.
