I am new here so I'll try to be correct. I have called Dell Customer Service and used the online chat and can't get an answer to the question of: Is Pro Support still based in US for businesses in the US or is it like Basic where you get transferred to a foreign country. I heard that recently Dell changed the Pro Support to an International type support so even if you are in the US you still might or will get a foreign country rep.
I need to know the ram card to buy for me to upgrade my computer.
My computer is a Dell Dimension 4300 32bit. It is running very slow. Please tell me the exact name for the ram card 512 that I need for an upgrade.
