Most aggravating time I've ever had with a vendor! The chat and phone service was pathetic.
Does anybody have the direct phone number to get pre-sales technical support on the Dell Data Safe product?
My question: is the Data Safe product
1. a online backup solution
2. can it backup a NAS (network attached storage) device?
3. cost per device? cost per gigabyte? we are looking at about 100Gb.
All of our hardware is Dell except for the NAS (Seagate BlackArmor 220 NAS).
