Dell Precision 690 CPU Upgrade Help

This question is not answered

Hello everyone, I was wondering what would be the best option for upgrading the CPU in my Dell Precision 690. The motherboard model in mine is the 0DT029 (earliest) and I want to know what is the best (or max) CPU I can upgrade this to. I was thinking of a Xeon x5460 but I'm unsure if that will be compatible due to my motherboard model.

Specs of this 690:
Intel Xeon DP 5060 at 3.20GHz with 4MB L2 Cache

6 GB of Fully Buffered DDR2 (FB-DDR2)

EVGA GeForce 9500 GT

0DT029 Motherboard model with the 5000X Chipset

160 GB Western Digital Serial ATA Hard Drive

BIOS Version A08

My Dell PCs:

Dell Dimension 2400 (Intel P4 2.53GHz, 2GB DDR, 40GB HDD, Win XP Home)

Dell Dimension 2400 motherboard in custom case (Intel P4 2.66GHz, 2GB DDR, 250GB HDD, Win XP Pro)

Dell Precision 690 (Intel Xeon DP 5060 3.2GHz, EVGA GeForce 9500 GT, 14GB FB-DDR2, 160GB HDD, Windows 10 Pro)

Dell Optiplex 755 (Intel C2D 3.00GHz, 4GB DDR2, 160GB HDD, Win 7 Ultimate 64bit)

Dell Optiplex GX110 (Intel P3 533MHz, ATi Rage IIC, 512MB SDRAM, 80GB HDD, Windows 2000 Pro)

IF you are a socket 775, you can have my Intel E5800. It's good little chip in perfect order.
