Does the DELL Dimension 5150 / E510 support DDR SDRAM at a 200 MHz I/O bus clock (100 MHz Memory clock ) with a CAS latency of 3.0T.
Similarly, does the DELL Dimension 5150 / E510 support the DDR2-400C standard?
Dell Dimension 5150 / E510 supports 400-MHz and 533-MHz DDR2 unbuffered SDRAM with Memory capacities of 256 MB, 512 MB, or 1 GB non-ECC.
The maximum memory supported is 4GB.

You seem to have quoted the information from the product DELL published product specifications.
The official DELL published specifications appear to be erroneous.
The motherboard chipset, Intel 945G Express, only should support up to DDR2-667 (333+1/3 MHz) (See http://ark.intel.com/products/27720/Intel-82945G-Memory-Controller ) which is much lower than the DELL Dimension 5150 / E5110 published maximum (533 MHz).
My guess is that DELL intended DDR2-400 and DDR2-533, but did not specify it accurately.
The Intel-82945G mother board supports DDR2 400, 533 and 667 MHZ but the Dell has acquired the chipset from INTEL and customized it with only 400-MHz and 533-MHz DDR2 only. Dell has not tested the DDR2-667 MHZ memory on this motherboard however you can try the 667 MHz memories at your own risk.
