I can access the Netherlands DELL shop without problems. However, sugarbear18 indicated that I should post in the Dutch forums, but from the Dutch website I always get redirected to: http://en.community.dell.com. My guess is that there isn't such thing as "Dutch forums"...

Anyway, back to the original question.
Do you know what is the coil whine like on this configuration: www.dell.com/.../bn57004 and this: http://www.dell.com/nl-nl/work/shop/pdr/xps-15-9560-laptop/bnx95602
Also, does the 2nd configuration come with a place for a 2nd HDD? I see that the battery is 56 W/ H, but I am not sure about the possibility to add a 2nd HDD.
I am looking to buy any of these for Black Friday, but I am a bit reluctant mainly due to coil whine.
We do not know about the coil whine unless a consumer complains about it.
The best thing I can advise you to do, is go to your sales page and click the chat or call Dell sales to ask about the 2nd hard drive.

Contacting Dell Netherlands proves to be a difficult process.
I am looking to buy a product and I need to ask few questions, but it appears I cannot get past this barrier. Also, I tried asking the same questions via Dell UK website (chat and phone). They redirected me to the Dell Netherlands contact information--the same phone numbers I unsuccessfully tried to call before.
Can a Dell employee respond to this message with a feasible contact option?
