I'm considering an Inspirion 4000 with the following specs

PIII 800 MHz 14.1 XGA TFT Display
256MB, SDRAM, 2 DIMMs
20GB Hard Drive
26.5 WHr Lithium-Ion Battery with ExpressCharge

is this notebook good for web design with multiple applications running. like photoshop, dreamweaver?
is the video card good enough to do web stuff?
i would appreciate anyone's help.
