Is there a how to video in which I can find step by step instructions. I don't want to make a mistake and ruin my whole computer Is there a instructional video that gives me step by instructions, I don't want to mess anything up. Also thanks for your suggestion

I got a call back from a Dell manager yesterday while I was at a client's site so I couldn't talk too long. He basically said that the time to replacment would be significantly less than the 20 days I keep getting quoted by tech support. I guess I can't do anything else but wait for the tracking...

My Keyboard, Will NOT work and when I press the keys it makes a noise. I tried a USB keyboard and it does the same thing!!!!!! Someone help!!!!!!!!!
