Jay has been an Oracle Applications DBA for 15 years and has every Oracle core DBA OCP certification from 7.3 to 11g. Jonathan is a Network Administrator & Technology Coordinator at Guard Insurance Group. Jonathan is an avid social media proponent, supporter in the technology community and operator of a virtualization centric blog. Jonathan earned the 2011 vExpert award, which is awarded to individuals that have given back to the community of VMware users by sharing their technical expertise and evangelizing to others about VMware virtualization solutions. VMware vCloud Architect focusing on building cloud solution on VMware's cloud Platform with Dell (and other OEM partners :). Merlin has 20+ years experience in architecting large scale compute infrastructure. He has built HPC platforms that have been listed on http://www.top500.org as well as large cloud implementations delivering Electronic Medical Record Services to Large Hospitals in the US and the UK. Merlin likes performance tuning 1970-74 Dodge Challengers/Plymouth Barracuda's and kittens.
