On November 8th, Microsoft’s TechEd Europe kicks off in Berlin. At Quest we're particularly excited as top systems consultants from our Desktop Virtualization Group will be working at the Microsoft RemoteFX Partner Pavillion. In the Pavilion, they will be demonstrating how vWorkspace and EOP Xtream accelerate RDP 7.1 with RemoteFX to deliver excellent "like-local PC experience" over highly latent networks.
EOP Xtream extends the native functionality of RemoteFX so it consistently delivers very high frame rates and the type of end user experience demanded by employees. When using RemoteFX and EOP Xtream on a Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 Remote Desktop Virtualization Host or a Remote Desktop Session Host, end users get access to the type of rich computing experience that previously was only available on the local PC.
With EOP Xtream and RemoteFX, IT no longer has to treat remote users as second class citizens. A full Windows 7 experience can be remoted to users on local or remote networks. If you’re going to be at TechEd Europe, stop by the Partner Pavilion at booth RFX2 to see a demo.
