Hi Dell Community,
I am pushing out software updates to one of our PowerEdge servers, and I noticed that one update isn't poling in the OME inventory scan, or being pushed correctly. I ensured that OME has the latest catalog updates, and when I install the update manually by downloading it from Dell, the installer prompts that the current version is the same one that is being installed (ie: same version as in image below).
I noticed that the NIC driver appears the be associated with a device profile of #3. Is there something I am missing here?

Are you using in-band method (or) out-of-band method to push this update?
If out-of-band, then check whether CSIOR setting is enabled in iDRAC.
If In-band, please restart the target system or the OMSA services.
