OM Essentials 2.0.1 getting error invalid user name password - on R410

  • We have had this software running for several years now without any issues. We just noticed that we lost communication with OME 2 months ago and went to log into it and are getting User name or password is invalid.

    We are logged in as domain admin on this system - still getting error

    Tried to repair installation - getting same error

    Tried to uninstall it - getting same error

    Tried to upgrade to latest version - no surprise here - still getting same error

    Need help asap as this is one of 2 servers that reports back to us about all our customers and their server issues.

    Is this problem solved?

    OME uses Operating system to authenticate the users. If you are receiving error while logging into OME (attempted remotely), then possibly you will get the same error when logging in to the Windows as well.

    Are you able to login to the Windows operating system successfully ?
