Having an issue with Dell IT Assistant. Ever time it does a scan it leaves DSM_ITA_Netmon32.exe running at 99% CPU. The server that the Assistant is running on is a VM and ESX 4.1 shows an alert of the high CPU usage. The only way to stop this is to kill the DSM_ITA_Netmon32.exe process. Example: last night I ran a scan at 1:00AM and when I came in at 8:00AM the process was still running at 99% CPU. We only have 3 Dell ESX 4.1 hosts and 10 virtual machines, so it should be an easy scan. The IT Assistant does get all of the information from the scan but leaves that one process running out of control. Does anybody know of a way to fix this. Thanks in advance.
