I have a PowerEdge 1750 running Server 2003 with OpenManage running on it. ITA on another PC discovers and inventories the server fine showing me its hardware, alert logs, service tag and so on. When I run the troubleshoot agent both SNMP and CIM pass yet ITA will not put this server in the "servers" group, it remains as "unknown". Please advise.
*Note this is actually an issue on about 4 of my servers.
