When I install OMSA 5.1.0 it fails with error "Server Administrator Instrumentation drivers cannot be installated on Microsoft Windows 2000 when the local or domain security policy does not allow unsigned non driver installation"

I researched on the Dell Web site and found article 286641 { http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/dsn/en/document?c=us&cs=555&dl=false&l=en&s=biz&docid=F1E3E8260433BA08E030030ABD6237E3&doclang=en } that the Windows OS does not recognise the OMSA drivers as signed.

My system is in a workgroup and I have my local grup policy "Unsigned non-driver installation behavior" set to Warn but allow installation

Please tell me if the OMSA installation will fail because of the above setting. Do I have to set the policy to Silently succeed
