I'm a pre-sales engineer here in the Philippines for Dell Server and Storage and I have an implementation requirement for Equallogic Storage. I just want to know can I deploy Equallogic using Linux OS. How to do the iSCSI initiator and replication as well. Do we have materials as guide for me to deploy this storage for both windows and linux OS.

You didn't mention what distro or version, but EQL Support has an updated RHEL guide. Most recent versions of Linux have the "open-iscsi" initiator which works well with the EQL array.
EQL replication isn't concerned with OS or filesystems, since it operates at the SCSI block level, no filesystem level.
