I need help to set the number of FC disks (300GB 15Krpm disks each) to be used with Raid 5 in a storage CX4-960 FC. It has 15 slots for disks, two controllers with 32GB of cache and must use a spare disk every 30 disks totaling 30TB of storage. how do I calculate the amount of disks to be used?
I need to know which PDU also use the rack to energize this storage. There are several types of PDUs, but do not know which to use in this case.
