Hello,

We are using Security Explorer 9.0.0.160 on a sharepoint 2010 fe and in various operations receive questCapture.JPGand the operation continues.  However, when using the security explorer to delete errant groups - the product doesn't work as intended - when deleting a group we receive the error again.

Should we reinstall?  Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Mike

  • Hi Mike,

This does not look like a know issue. There might be something with DLL registering or version mismatch, so first thing I would try is make sure the .Net Framework 4.0 or 4.5 is properly installed. You might as well try re-installing Security Explorer and see if that helps.

If this does not help, we would need to dive deeper to troubleshoot the issue. In this case it would work best if you can open a support case for collecting the info and tracking progress etc. You can get support contact info at support.quest.com

    Hope this helps.
