Daily usage reports showing N/A for each user in Site Admin.

Daily usage reports showing N/A for each user in Site Admin.

This question has been answered by DELL-Andrey M

Hi All,

I am seeing for all of my test users showing N/A for site usage.

Untitled.png

I think it has to do with how web analytics grabs this information but could someone clarify as to why it seems to be always N/A or if there is a configuration setting in SharePoint that has to be changed?

Any information would be appreciated!

Thanks,

jAC

  • Hello John! Actually this N/A from your screenshot means that your test users do not have a job title. This information is recieved for Active Directory. Here an example

    daily-usage-job-title.PNG

But usage info is OK. You have a lot of visits. For example 27 February two users visited a site:

    Administrator has 102 visits

    Normal User2 has 8 visits
