What permissions required for "shared" account to run RMSP

I have seen the "Interactive account" permissions section of the install page for RMSP...however I am curious to know what permissions are required or how an account can be used to manage RMSP (that is not the service account).  Is there a web interface to manage the tool? Or is there a group that can be created that can be "RMSP administrators" within the tool?

http://rmhelp.sharepoint-recovery.com/permissions_required.htm   " I had found this earlier in the support doc, but it doesn't explain to me how/where I would set up the service account (now that we've already installed it).  To explain it another way, I want it to work like SharePoint.  SharePoint interacts with the SQL databases under the context of a service account which has all the database rights.  But my account doesn't need special SQL rights when I run Central Admin".
