Recent events (Hosted Email Security Solution : Intermittent issue with outbound emails not being delivered) that took place on 1/6 for Hosted Email Security, was traced back to several compromised accounts across different domains. These accounts caused HES to be blacklisted. Those accounts have since been remediated and are no longer exhibiting any suspicious behavior.

While the blacklisting issue was addressed immediately, there were several major ESP’s that took time to propagate the change request. Additional measures are being provided to ensure better isolation and monitoring/reporting for any such activity in the future.
