The Loan Support portal allows you to ask a question or report an issue about your loan product(s) to our technical support team directly. The team is available Monday to Friday from 9am GMT+1 to 6pm GMT+1 in the following languages English, French, German, Turkish.

To start a conversation with our support teams:

  1. Click on the Sign-in button above on the right, if you already have a Dell account, or on the Join button, to create one.

  2. Select the type of product you are enquiring about.

  3. Type in the title of your post.

  4. Provide as much detail as possible to describe your query or issue. 
    For example: Product model, Question, Issue details (when it happens, any error message, what happened prior)

  5. Click on the Post button.

Important: This is a public page so please make sure that you do not share any private information such as your service tag, your contact details or other in your posts. If needed, our support team will contact you in private to request this type of information.
