Problem in a customer with Optiplex 360 and Dell E1909Wb

  • Hi, I have a problem in a big customer because they have a Optiplex 360 with ST: <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed as per privacy policy> and a monitor Dell E1909Wb and I can't configure the resolution to 1440x900 that it's the native resolution for the monitor.

    They have installer Windows XP Pro SP3 with all updates.

    I tried download drivers for the monitor, but the drivers for Windows XP for this monitor may be that are not correct

    In this link I can't find the drivers for Windows XP:

    And in this link exists the drivers for XP, but if I dowload the driver and I try to install i see a error that says that the driver is not correct:

    Could you help me? is it a problem with the monitor or with the integrated graphic card?

    It's very rare that i can configure a 1600x900 resolution, for example, or 1440x1050, but not 1440x900.
