Will the type C charger for the XPS 13 9365 with 30W charge slower than the XPS 13 9350 45W charger?

Specs for adapter for XPS 13 9350:
Power adapter Type 45 W Input voltage 100 VAC–240 VAC Input frequency 50 Hz–60 Hz Input current 1.30 A Output current 2.31 A Rated output voltage 19.50 VDC

Specs for adapter for XPS 13 9365:
Type 30 W Input voltage 100 VAC–240 VAC Input frequency 50 Hz–60 Hz Input current (maximum) 0.90 A Output current (continuous) 1.50 A/2 A/2 A Rated output voltage 20/12/5 VDC

    9350's 45W power adapter can output 2.31 A on 19.5V while 9365's 30W power adapter can only output 1.5A on 20V.

    The output current is more than 30% weaker on 30W power adapter so it will take about 30% more time to charge it.

    It may be a bit faster if the laptop is turned off when it's not drawing the power to operate.
