Can't boot from usb on my new Dell Inspiron 5547

This question is not answered

Please I need an help since I am new to UEFI...
I just bought a Dell Inspiron 5547 , has Windows 8 preinstalled and no cd/dvd device.
I am not interested in keeping a dual boot Windows / Linux, I want just Linux ;-)
So, I tried with .iso image from

http://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/7.8.0/ia64/iso-cd/

I took debian-7.8.0-ia64-kde-CD-1.iso
And write it on a 2Gb usb key.

Now, I tried both with that horrible Windows 8 thing like "Boot from EFI Usb", both tring to change UEFI settings to Legacy..
Nothing works.
Simply, my laptop shows an error screen with
PXE-E61: Media Test Failure, check cable

It seems to ignore Usb, to go directly to network boot.
What is strange is that even from legacy boot, I can change order of device but I cannot remove "network boot" for example..

Please cant you help me??
