I have a issues with hybrid port of S3124P .
I configure as below but only data vlan can work.
interface vlan 20 "Voice Vlan"
interface vlan 10 "Data Vlan"
Please help me ?
Are the phones showing up when you issue the following command?
# show lldp neighbors
If not, may need to check to be sure lldp is enabled. Or possibly configure additional tlv needed by the phones.

Hi, I already enable lldp for port , and configure lldp med , lldp management-tlv sys-des sys-name sys-cap for port.
and then phone only receive vlan data .
Based on the info posted up to this point, I am not sure why the phones are not connecting to desired VLAN. Does the output from the show command list the phones? Can you please post up the running config? We can help look through it.

For the most part the config looks fine to me. Are you utilizing the guest VLAN feature? If not, you may want to remove those lines to ensure there is not some kind of interference occurring.
Are the phones all the same model? Or different models being tested? Are the phones up to date on firmware?
What is the output from # show lldp neighbors?
A packet capture on that interface may shed some light on the traffic between the phone and switch.
