StatSoft scores Hurwitz "Victor" award
StatSoft and Statistica have been recognized in yet another prominent analyst report.
In the 2014 Hurwitz Victory Index Report for Advanced Analytics, StatSoft (now a part of Dell Software) earned a Leader ranking in "Go-to-Market Strength" and Victor in "Customer Experience Strength."
This year, StatSoft received the highest number of responses in the online customer survey. The report’s vendor assessment also notes a positive outlook for StatSoft as a Dell Software company.
"When it comes to advanced analytics, Hurwitz & Associates [ranks] among the industry’s preeminent third-party analyst firms, and we’re proud and excited to have earned the respect of this trusted industry advisor," said John K. Thompson, Dell Software executive director and StatSoft general manager.
The Hurwitz Victory Index Report for Advanced Analytics is compiled by Hurwitz & Associates, a market research and analyst firm. It scores vendor performance across four dimensions: vision, viability, validity and value. Each dimension measures important components of a vendor’s overall ability to deliver innovative solutions, outstanding customer service, and the business and technical value customers demand.
