Mantel's Test

This question is answered

Hi,

Can anyone show me how to run a Mantel's Test in Statistica. Is there a way to arrange the data to achieve that effect? Is there any other test that can be run to test autocorrelation in my data?

Thanks

  • 1.Please follow the Example 3: Comparing Survival in Two or More Groups to see how to  run Cox-Mantel Test in Statistica. Under the Quick Tab of the last step, click "Cox-Mantel test" to request the result. More information can be found on our online help document or e-manual  about survival. And the data format required for this type of analysis can found here.

2.Time series analysis in Statistica can be used to test autocorrelation. Here is an example-Example 2: Single Series ARIMA. More examples of Time Series analysis can be found here.
