For those keeping track, the TechCenter members from Dell IT have authored over 14 wiki articles and made themselves available for five weekly online chat discussions so far. While the over-arching theme was how to use the Dell extensions to Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) to save time through automation, the specific articles covered quite a range. Articles included FAQs, a how-to with screen shots, sample scripts, and a video.Operations performed included detailed inventory, BIOS/firmware update, configuration, and OS deployment for servers, desktops, and laptops.

Even if you can’t make their last chat on February 10 at 3 PM Central, all the transcripts are available on the TechCenter with the option to post a comment or further question. Upcoming chats each Tuesday at 3 PM US Central time:
