We're currently facing an annoying problem with our Dell PowerEdge R220 Server installed in one of our clients. Whenever there is a power failure, when the server is turned back on, the BIOS displays the following message: "No boot device available.Current boot mode is set to BIOS.Please ensure compatible bootable media is available.Use the system setup program to change the boot mode as needed."The system only boots after accessing System Setup and re-configuring Embedded SATA option back to RAID Mode, under System BIOS Settings > SATA Settings.
Anyone facing a similar issue? Any suggestions?
There was an issue with the R220 SATA settings reverting to previous settings on restart. This issue was supposed to be addressed with a BIOS update. I would suggest that you make sure you are on the most current BIOS. If you still encounter the issue with the most recent BIOS let me know.

Hello, Daniel. I'll update the BIOS and let you know, then.
