We get an error when trying to restore a smart copy of a SQL database on an equal logic san. In ASM/ME we choose to restore all as new. The import runs for a bit then errors out, message is Unable to bring the imported volume " online. Sorry, we are new to this and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately this may not be a quick fix answer. I would suggest you open a case up with our EQL support team. That way can look at the logs and diags and troubleshoot with you.
