Two days ago my father received a new Modem from Virgin Media and when we installed it we found we could not get back onto the internet. Upon going into Device Manager we discovered that under 'Other Devices' the ethernet controller had a yellow question mark over it along with an exclamation mark, this was was the same for the multimedia controller. We were advised to buy a new PCI card which we did and I still can not get the desktop online. Upon discussing this matter with a Virgin engineer, he advised me to download from Dell, new ethernet and multimedia drivers....HELP!!!
Where can I find these and which ones do I choose??
