Hi guys. Can you please help?
A user has recently replaced their dual monitors as one had blown, so we sent up 2 identical ones in place. She has connected them up the same way, nothing other than the 2 new monitors has changed yet now when she launches the RDP session to Windows, it only displays on one monitor.
Both monitors are powered, they are getting a signal to the T50, as the other screen displays the Wyse logo.
I got her to check in the Wyse display settings and that's all correct. I got her to make sure the session is set to Fullscreen. I'm not sure what else to try really. Everything has been rebooted so I'm really at a loss as to why it only goes across one screen?
