The contractor that set up the WDM has left and we have no details on how to access WDM.
Is there a way to edit the database or any other method?
Did you ever get an answer on this topic. I have the same issue.
All passwords are encrypted, so if you don't have another admin account, the only way to resolve this issue is to re-install WDM on another server (VM). Please note that you can only have one WDM server installed on the same server. Since you don't have the admin password, you will not be able to remove WDM from the existing server.
