Unable to initiate discovery

  • Hi. When I try to find devices by IP range or Subnet, I get the following error:

    Unable to initiate discovery. HTTP Return Code: -10 SNMP. Return Code: -10

  • Did you ever get this resolved?

  • Run a Diagnostic report and it should give you an idea on what's wrong. Please include a little more detail about your installation and versions of WDM and the installed server. Please review the WDM installation guide to ensure that you meet the installation requirements.
