We got an E5470 try-and-buy. It has an Intel I219-LM ethernet adapter. I've imported all of the network drivers in this .CAB but none of them seem to work in WinPE.
Have you tried the CABs that are built specifically for WinPE? en.community.dell.com/.../2065.dell-driver-cab-files-for-enterprise-client-os-deployment
The version in the Driver Pack is 184.108.40.206. On the Intel support site you can find version 220.127.116.11. Import that one and it will work.
All files are imported successfully except below mentioned files, so please help me on this...
E5470\Win7\x64\Network\6PYHM_A00-00\Windows7-x64\btwampfl_svc.inf - The selected file is not a valid windows driver.
E5470\Win7\x64\Network\J7YFX_A00-00\USB over IP\bin\usb3hub.inf - The selected driver is not applicable to any supported platforms.
I have downloaded the winpe driver in above link mentioned by you, but still its not working. can you please share me the latest version or link. Much Appreciated. thanks.
I imported the drivers from Intel downloadcenter.intel.com/.../Intel-Ethernet-Adapters-Connections-CD. Add them to your WinPE image. Did the trick for me.
Anyone else having issues with the TPM drivers in this pack? When imaged, our machines are not applying bitlocker properly and you can simply ESC out of the bitlocker pin screen to get around it. Not very secure.....
download link 404
Still 404 on download attempt.. Anyone home?
Also 404 error for me.
It looks to me like the Bluetooth drivers in this pack are unsigned?
Is anyone else setting the BIOS for this to AHCI instead of the default selection, RAID? If so, is they're something else we should be downloading? With AHCI selected, the first portion of MDT completes, but we receive "Windows could not finish configuring the system. To attempt to resume configuration, restart the computer" while it is going through the "Setup is starting services" portion.
Is anyone else having issues with SCCM OSD and this cab? I can import the cab or use the DISM cmd line and the same drivers fail: Bluetooth and Free Fall Protection. They fail out every single time. I can manually install it afterwards and it works great. Any ideas?
dsmond, pls tell me how you imported them manualy
There seems to be some issues with this driver pack - we use sccm and mdt to deploy our machines and always use the Dell driver packs for install but have had some issues with the E5470 namely the wireless hotkey doesn't work unless it is manually installed after the build and then we have to manually run it once before it will disable wireless when plugged into the lan (btw we are currently still on Win7), removing the physical switch is fine if the software version works properly. Seeing this package I was hoping this would fix it with the required bios update - it doesn't seem to (unless i'm doing something wrong) & also the USB 3 & touchscreen drivers + webcam etc don't install during the build OR through a PNP enumeration with powershell but the drivers in A02 do - I'm currently installing A02 then A03 straight after to get the updated drivers in our builds but this is not ideal. Anyone else had similar issues / any resolutions. CHeers
