For others banging their heads against the WALL like I was for the last month.
The Dell Wireless 15xx drivers in this release still BSOD a Windows 10 vanilla image. Had to use the suggestion found in this forum post and install Windows 8.1 as application in the SCCM/MDT deployment task sequence.
Process I follow
1) Upload CAB to driver repository,
2) Remove all reference to Broadcom wireless and Bluetooth.
3) In the task sequence add an application installation that only installs on 9343 (WMI option).
4) Disable Windows update driver updates via registry. Because Windows keeps pushing this stupid driver, thanks DELL.
BTW to the XPS prod manager fix and test your stuff, certify drivers actually work. Wireless has always been a problem regardless of generation or model. Same issue with XPS L32XX and Windows 7. Wireless is important on laptops that only have wireless card to connect to networks with.
I know, I know all of you source from the same place. But man it's frustrating, the bubble gum and duct tape solutions we have to come up with to deploy hardware.
I'm looking at Macs again, yes hate to say it.
Now I'll get off my soap stand.
