So say I originally created my driver package with A00 of the cab file and now I want to update my drivers to the A02 version for my OSD task sequence. What is the proper way to update all of those drivers without creating a bunch of duplicate entires in my SCCM console.

Duplicate entries will not be taken up by the SCCM server. Best you can delete the existing package and import the new one.
